BY PARTICIPATING YOU AGREE THAT:

  1. These OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES may not be waived, modified or supplemented except by “Classics for a Cause.” No modifications of these official contest rules shall be enforceable unless made by “Classics for a Cause.”

  2. Participants must be 18 years old. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility at the discretion of “Classics for a Cause.” The raffle drawing shall be held at “Classics for a Cause” event on October 5th, 2024. You need not be present to win.

  3. Each ticket will be entered separately in the drawing. Each ticket is a separate and equal chance to win the car. A maximum of five-thousand (5,000) numbered tickets are eligible to be sold. There is no limit to the number of raffle tickets one person can purchase.

  4. Winner has thirty (30) days after the drawing to take delivery of the car at “Classics for a Cause” or forfeits all claims thereto.

  5. Due to postal regulations, raffle tickets cannot be mailed to you. We will be happy to email you a receipt for your order. When an order is placed, we will complete the ticket by filling in the name, address, email address and phone number, and we will drop the ticket in the barrel at “Classics for a Cause.” A ticket receipt or ticket stub is not necessary to claim prizes in this drawing. All ticket stubs are kept on file at “Classics for a Cause.” After the drawing, the winner will be contacted based on the name and information on the ticket. To pick up the vehicle, two forms of identification, one of which must be a photo ID, will be required to prove that this person is the person on the winning ticket. Winner notification will be made by telephone or mail.

  6. Ticket(s) purchase can be cash, check, money order or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover). Checks or money orders should be made payable to: “Classics for a Cause.” If an entrant’s check or credit card is dishonored by the bank or credit card company, the entry ticket(s) will be invalid, voided and not placed in the raffle drawing. There will be a $50.00 service charge issued for all Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) checks received. Purchaser of raffle ticket(s) must have their name, address and phone number printed legibly on each ticket. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant.” “Classics for a Cause” shall, will and can have no obligation for delivery to any person other than the entrant.

  7. Participants must be 18 years old. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility at the discretion of “Classics for a Cause.” The raffle drawing shall be held at “Classics for a Cause” event on October 5th, 2024. You need not be present to win.

  8. Winner also receives $16,000.00 to help pay for taxes. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, registration, title, transfer fees, license duties, insurance and all expenses in claiming, registering and using the car. This may include sales taxes and property taxes. “Classics for a Cause” has no liability with regard to taxes and fees for the vehicle.

  9. Vehicle will not be modified by “Classics for a Cause” to meet specific local, state or national requirements. Winner agrees to accept the vehicle as built for United States licensing and registration requirements. Winner will be responsible for any modifications required for import to a country outside the U.S.

  10. In the event the car is lost, damaged, destroyed or otherwise unavailable, “Classics for a Cause” has the right to substitute another car of similar value for the raffle. Ticket refunds will not be issued.

  11. Winner agrees to the use of their name, address, photograph or videotape likeness and statements for publicity purposes by “Classics for a Cause” and agrees to sign a publicity release without any further compensation.

  12. “Classics for a Cause” reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time, in which event its liability is limited to the refund of ticket prices to participants. Any person who engages in conduct designed to corrupt the outcome of a charitable gaming activity the purpose to defraud or, knowing that they are facilitating a fraud, is guilty of a Class D felony.

    THIS CONTEST IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS; AND IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED.

    ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT SENIOR CITIZENS ACTIVITIES, INC. AND WEST BEND SUNRISE ROTARY THROUGH THE “CLASSICS FOR A CAUSE” JOINT FUNDRAISING EFFORT.
